We produce our own range of home-made seasonal pickles and chutneys to complement our oils. We also stock a range of relishes, salsas and tapenades produced by local artisans from around our region.
Date olive & Orange relish
Our top seller is a lovely accompaniment with red meat, chicken, cheeses, or just serve as topping on crostini. Delicious with caramalised pumpkin and kumera salad.

Fig & Olive Salsa
Serve on the side with fresh poached fish, scallops, or grilled salmon. Delicous accompaniment with pork or roast duck terrine.

Moroccan style Preserved lemons
Spice up Moroccan tagines or Indian dishes. Simply remove lemons from liquid, rinse, scrape out pulp and slice the peel into thin strips or cut into small dices. Serve mixed with sautéed vegetables and a few cumin seeds for something exotic, or smear on grilled fish or caramelised roasted winter squash.

Kaffir lime tapenade
Made in small batches from our Tuscan style olives and our organic kaffir limes. This tapenade is an exotic flavour infusion for any dish.
