While our new season's olive oils are settling, we thought it time to take a month off to refurbish the olive shop. We have already earthquake strengthened the shelves to stop bottles falling to the ground during a tremor. We have also reconfigured and certified our water reticulation systems to meet the new Food Safety laws.
The next job is to lengthen the shop counter to include the tasting bar and move our bottling plant into its brand new bottling room.
Our shop will reopen with a variety of new products on Saturday 4 August.
