Tasting Notes

This classic Spanish EVOO has pungent green tomato leaf favours and a slight bitterness that promotes flavour to rich dishes, winter soups and stews.  Equally delicious drizzled over steamed vegetables or added to bread and pizza dough.  The oil has excellent flavour with a warm a lingering finish.
