Tasting Notes

This classic Tuscan oil has intense green grassy favours, lovely nutty rocket and salad leaves with a warm peppery finish. 

Judges notes: floral and fragrant, hints of cinnamon and clove spices, green tomato and artichoke.  Well balanced bitterness with a lingering peppery finish.
