Agrumato & Infused Olive Oils

Our citrus olive oils are created by using the traditional Italian method called 'agrumato.'  We crush our citrus fruits and olives together at the time of processing.  'Agru' means citrus and 'mato' is crushing and this method marries the two fruits for a truly harmonious and zesty mouthful.
