Basil, mozzarella and cherry tomato stuffed avocado



Use basil for everything from spicing up sweet and savory dishes to making pesto.

Select balls of mozzarella and different coloured tomatoes for this recipe. It makes for a colourful dish.


  1. Roughly chop mozzarella, tomotoes and basil leaves.
  2. Scoop into peeled and deseeded avocado halves
  3. Place of a platter and decorate with slices of fresh melon and dried apricots
  4. Drizzle with Juno Basil Infused Olive Oil.

You can more spice this dish up by hitting it with a little Juno Chilli Infused Olive Oil or a drizzle of Juno Lime Agrumato Olive Oil
