Tomatoes with Basil Sauce



Ripe Tomatoes
Whole Garlic
Juno Leccino extra virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper


  1. Fresh home-grown ripe tomatoes halved into a baking dish. 
  2. Scatter fresh cloves of garlic and thyme over tomatoes. 
  3. Drizzle with Juno Leccino extra virgin olive oil 
  4. Add salt and black pepper to taste. 
  5. Bake in a hot oven to chargrill and caramelize.
