Ingredients:

1 tbsp. Juno Manzanillo extra virgin olive oil
11/2 cups of icing sugar sifted
3 tbsps cocoa
2 tbsps. Water

Method:

Mix all ingredients together until the consistency is thickened creamy chocolate. Pour over cake. Let dribble down sides for effect or smooth down.
